Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

Independ provides digital project services. A Client buys a defined project service from Independ under a Client Project Service Agreement, and the selected Freelancer or Agency performs the work as Independ's independent subcontractor.

Everything Independ supplies is delivered online. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and no shipping or delivery charges apply.

How Work Is Delivered

Work on a Project is delivered through Independ, milestone by milestone:

• Work starts only after both Project Contracts are accepted, Independ receives the required first Client payment, and Independ confirms kickoff.
• Deliverables are submitted in the Project Workspace as the files, links, or other digital deliverables agreed in the Project Contract.
• The Client reviews each valid submission within three Business Days. Two ordinary revision cycles are included for each milestone unless the Project Contract states another rule.
• A milestone is delivered when the Client accepts it against its stated acceptance criteria. Silence is not acceptance.

Delivery Timing

The working sequence and expected timing are agreed for each Project. Independ does not set an automatic delivery due date at launch.

If work is delayed or stops, the Client can raise an Alert or a formal Dispute, as described in the Terms of Service and the Cancellation, Refund and Internal Dispute Review Policy.

Access to the Platform

Access to Independ is provided online as soon as your account is created. Payment records and other Project documents are made available through your account.
